libertine-tools software package provides CLI tools for running deb-packaged X11 apps on Ubuntu Personal, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libertine-tools
libertine-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libertine-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libertine-tools *
You will get with libertine-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
